When many peoples start their PTC business, they didn't work before purchasing the ptc site. Many of PTC site fail due to insufficient advertisement, some fail due to wrong settings and also some didn't going good because they didn't upload proper/relevant banner.

When a new member see the ptc site first time, the site didn't leave good impression on the member, even the admin is honest , admin is paying to his members, but the new member didn't know that admin is honest or admin is paying.

Good looking banner must attract to the member, banner comes the traffic for the site. So i advice to the PTC site owners, must upload a good looking banner on his site.
